General Questions
- How do I download a demo from the
ECS website?
To download software from the ECS web site, click
on the appropriate link. Within a short time, a dialog box will
come up asking if you want to open the file or save it to disk.
The file must be saved to disk. After selecting the option to save the file, most browers ask
you where you want to save the file. Any location on the computer
is fine, but you need to remember where you put it. After it
is downloaded, double click on the file, and it will install
normally.
- Who can I contact for unanswered
questions?
ECS technical support is available through e-mail only.
Please e-mail support@ecsmedia.com. Please include
the product, version number, when you purchased the product, your operating system, and a
description of the problem.
